Brian G. Bendoff is a Partner in our Workers’ Compensation Department.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Indiana University in 2010. Brian went on to earn his Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School in 2013, earning an invitation to the Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity in the process.
During law school, Brian interned for the Cook County Public Defender’s Office where he clerked in the Legal Resources Department, with a focus on post conviction matters. Brian also interned for the USDA, Office of General Counsel, where he worked on secured transactions involving loans to small rural businesses in the Midwest. Through these experiences, Brian gained a wealth of invaluable legal research, writing, and analysis skills.
Brian was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2013. He started off his legal career at a firm focusing on business transactions, but soon realized he had a strong interest in litigation. He moved to an insurance defense firm in Chicago where he gained extensive litigation experience, including over seventy five mandatory arbitrations and several jury trials.
Prior to joining Rusin Law, Brian worked at another defense firm where he gained valuable experience in the field of worker’s compensation defense.
In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, twin boys, and dog.
