Cassandra E. Halyko

Associate

Cassandra earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2015. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor at The John Marshall Law School in 2019. She was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2020.

While in law school, Cassandra was a member of the Trial Advocacy and Dispute Resolution program. She was also a part of the Restorative Justice Project, in which she taught restorative justice techniques to children in under-privileged communities in Chicago. She also received Top Grade Academic Achievement Awards in the study of both U.S. Constitutional Law and Illinois Constitutional Law.

Before law school, Cassandra gained valuable experience working as a paralegal in a petitioner’s personal injury, workers’ compensation, and medical malpractice law firm. Cassandra continued to gain valuable experience throughout law school working as a law clerk at both petitioner and respondent workers’ compensation and personal injury law firms.

In her free time, Cassandra enjoys watching sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
