Saleema J. Muhammad
Saleema J. Muhammad is an Associate in our Workers’ Compensation Department. Saleema earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2017. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law in 2021.
She was admitted to the Illinois Bar in November 2021. She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Black Women Lawyer’s Association.
During law school, Saleema acted as Social Chair of the Black Law Student Association at Penn State Law. She also worked as a law clerk at Markham Courthouse. Prior to joining Rusin & Maciorowski, Saleema worked at Northern Trust Bank as a Legal Intern.
In her free time, Saleema enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her daughter, Ava’Marie.
