W. Ross Murphy
Associate

Ross Murphy is an Associate in our Workers’ Compensation Department.
Ross attended the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where he graduated with the distinction of Cum Laude. While in law school, Ross was an active member of the moot court team and competed in multiple competitions. Ross received his Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University, majoring in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy with a minor in Muslim Studies.
While in law school, Ross gained experience clerking at a law firm that specialized in Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury cases for Plaintiffs and Petitioners. In this role, he gained hands-on experience working on complex legal cases and developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of these areas of law. This experience gave Ross a solid foundation in the legal profession and has helped him to develop the skills necessary to zealously advocate for our clients as an Associate in our firm.
Ross was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 2023. In his spare time, he enjoys exploring the many entertainment attractions Chicago has to offer and visiting with friends and family.
