Katrina L. Robinson

Partner

Katrina L. Robinson is a Partner in the Rusin & Maciorowski Workers’ Compensation Department. She joined the firm in April 2019.  She has experience in the areas of workers’ compensation and insurance defense litigation. 

Katrina earned her Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University in 2001.  She went on to earn her Juris Doctor at The John Marshall Law School in 2008.  Prior to joining Rusin & Maciorowski, Katrina worked as in-house counsel specializing in worker’s compensation and civil litigation defense at Liberty Mutual Insurance Group.    

Katrina is a zealous advocate for her clients. She has a strong record of favorable settlements and has successfully tried workers’ compensation cases at the Arbitration level and on appeal at the Commission level.
