Cara A. Leinemann is an Associate in our Workers’ Compensation Department.

Cara earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a minor in Business Law from Kennesaw State University. Cara went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Charleston School of Law in a two-and-a-half year accelerated program.

While in law school, Cara was an active member of the Trial Advocacy Board and Moot Court team, she was a member of several student organizations including Women In Law society and the Legal Honor Society of Phi Delta Phi, and she assisted a state-affiliated organization in drafting restitution language for victims of assault crimes.

Prior to entry into law school, Cara was employed for an insurance company where she gained valuable exposure to insurance defense, as well as a plaintiff’s personal injury firm. Cara also worked as a student intern at a personal injury and civil rights firm where she gained experience in legal research, writing, and litigation.

When she is not practicing law, Cara enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, traveling, and drinking wine.
