Nicholas R. Gardner

Associate

Nicholas R. Gardner is an Associate in our Workers’ Compensation Department.

Nicholas earned both his Bachelor of Arts degree and his Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University. While in law school, he concentrated on litigation and securities law, developing skills in financial analysis and statutory interpretation that he applies in his legal practice.

Before joining the firm, Nicholas gained experience working on matters involving securities and financial regulation. That experience required careful review of complex financial documents and close attention to regulatory compliance, skills that translate directly to his work in workers’ compensation defense.

Nicholas grew up competing in baseball and football, which instilled discipline and perseverance. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and staying active.
